Our recent Open House at Waterside was a huge success – Thank you to everyone who came out!
We are excited to share the highlights with you!
Nestled in beautiful Sebring, Florida, our event welcomed guests from all over to experience the lakefront lifestyle.
Event Highlights
Home Tours: The heart of the event was the opportunity to tour our brand-new homes for sale. Guests strolled through beautifully staged models and learned about the quality and affordability at Waterside. Our friendly sales team answered questions about floor plans and special offers.
The Popcorn Bar: Guests mix-and-matched fresh popcorn with fun toppings to enjoy a sweet & salty treat as they browsed the grounds.
Poolside Portraits: Complimentary caricatures made for lighthearted keepsakes, plus a chance to take in the lakeside view and Florida sunshine!
Refreshments & Raffles: Cool beverages kept everyone refreshed, and 3 lucky winners took home fantastic prizes that help them enjoy their new laid-back lifestyle.
From our Guests:
Jane & Mark, recent transplants from Michigan, absolutely loved the theater in the clubhouse. They said that is where they would spend a lot of their evenings!
Tom, a local who’d driven through the community “several times”, couldn’t believe the prices of the homes, and said there is no way a home like this would be available at this price point from where he is originally from up North.
A couple from Waterside RV Resort next door explored homes and are now planning to make Waterside Retirement Community their permanent home base.
